Training
1.To book a training, you can choose to pay deposit or full course fee to reserve your spot on training day.
Full payment is required 7days before your training date.( as we will need to send you training kit )
2. Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your training course and receive a full refund by giving at least 14 days notice.
If you cancel your course without giving 14 days prior notice we will be unable to refund your deposit.
3. Late arrival: Please let us know as soon as possible if you are running late. We can delay the start for up to 5 minutes. After that time the course will start without you.
4. No show: If you do not turn up on the day of your course, a refund will not be given.
5. Rescheduling: If you would like to change the date of your course, please let us know as soon as possible and we will attempt to get you onto an alternative course.
6. Cancellation by BLANCO Lash London : BLANCO Lash London holds the right to reschedule or cancel a course date if there are insufficient numbers booked or if circumstances arise that are out of our control.
We will work with you to reschedule another course date.
If no dates are suitable, We will offer a full refund of any money paid towards the course.
Blanco Lash London will offer no further compensation.

Ordering products
When buying an item, you agree that:

(iii)When making an order we do not require you to send us your certification before completion. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Ordering Adhesive
Adhesives carry a risk of personal injury if they are not used and applied properly by appropriately qualified professionals, by which we mean someone Adhesives are Products which carry a risk of personal injury if they are not used and applied properly by appropriately qualified professionals, by which we mean someone who
(i) holds a certificate of competence in individual eyelash extension, and
(ii) is proficient and knowledgeable in the use and application of all eyelash extension products, particularly adhesives, and
(iii) is fully insured regarding the said use and application of eyelash products and adhesives (together, a ‘Professional’).
We will only supply adhesives to professionals and we may require to provide proof of compliance with all relevant standards and requirements and are otherwise suitable to apply the adhesives correctly.
Should you fail to provide us with information or if we have any reason to suspect that you are not appropriately qualified and compliant, we reserve the right not to supply you with any adhesive.
You agree to use any adhesive as follows:
a)You will first conduct a careful and detailed client consultation in which you will check for any potential contraindications.
b)If any contraindications are found or indicated you will provide the safety data sheet to the client’s GP and obtain sign-off from the GP before proceeding any further with the client consultation or treatment.
c)You will carry out a 48 hour patch test prior to any use of adhesive products
d)You will use adhesives only for closed eye treatments.
e)You will never use any adhesives on any client who has or has had any eye condition: laser eye correction, open wounds on the face, eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis, recent semi-permanent make up or facial surgery, or any condition which would otherwise make them unsuitable for the use of adhesive.
Customs, taxes and other fees
International orders may be subject to Custom, Taxes and other fees. These charges are not the responsibility of Blanco Lash Products Ltd. The customer will be liable to pay in full. It is the customers’ responsibility to check the potential charges and organise payment for any Custom, Taxes and other fees incurred prior to receiving the goods.
Return and refund policy (click to go to returns page)
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
In addition, please note the following:
(i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and
(ii) the following products are not eligible for return: Any Glues, opened Items, .
Retention of right to change offering
We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
Warranties & responsibility for services and products
When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos
The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Blanco lash Products Ltd . Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.
Right to suspend or cancel user account
We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold BLANCO lash Products ltd harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Blanco Lash Products ltd, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.
